I have begun a new cycling adventure in Central America in early February 2009. I have been cycling north from Panama City and as of today, I am two days from reaching Nicaragua. I will use this open journal to give only the highlights of the journey and to announce the publishing of new photo albums in my photo gallery (see top corner on the left). I will answer any questions regarding cycling in Central America via e-mail. My first photo album - Panama and Costa Rica - is now published.
